Hello! I’m Dr. Jan Anderson, PsyD, LPCC. As a trained psychologist, I am committed to helping people think, feel, and perform at their best.

I specialize in helping high-achieving executives and professionals feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside, helping couples resolve differences and deepen their bond, and supporting parents in rebuilding relationships with estranged adult children.

I call my method Counseling with a Coaching Edge. It's a unique blend of deep understanding and practical action. I help you build resilience, strengthen relationships, and drive success without burning out. My goal is for you to feel as good on the inside as you look on the outside.

My background

Over two decades in the corporate world have shaped my career path, where I gained firsthand insight into the pressures of work and the pathways to success.

I studied how people navigate career hurdles and personal challenges and became an expert in helping high-achievers build relationships, perform under pressure, and reach their potential.

Seeking a deeper understanding, I shifted my focus to clinical psychology, earning a doctorate centered on resilience — how people recover, rebuild, and move forward after life-altering events and other life challenges.

Along the way, I volunteered as a grief counselor at a local hospice and began teaching mindfulness-based practices to stressed-out executives and professionals.

Today, this blend of corporate experience and psychological expertise is the foundation of my unique approach,
